How does it work?

Your new Conwy Valley fflecsi service starting 9th November 2020 replaces local bus services 19 (between Llanrwst – Cwm Penmachno only) 42, 68A, 68B, 68C, 68D and 70.

fflecsi operates Monday – Saturday with extensions further south to Corwen three times a week. The service offers a more tailored way of getting about by picking you up and dropping you off in the defined area and not just along a fixed bus route.

Use the fflecsi bus at your request, it will pick you up close to where you will be and change its route so that all other booked passengers can get to where they need to go as well.

To use fflecsi, you need to book in advance using the app, web or by calling 0300 234 0300. You can ensure you arrive at your destination by a certain time, or depart by certain time to make connections with buses/trains or keep appointments you have. You will then be able to see what options are available to you. On the website, some quick links will give you the ability to book and guarantee connections for a selection of bus and train journeys form Llanrwst.

fflecsi is designed to provide greater mobility in rural areas and help people make those essential local journeys in a safe, flexible managed environment.
