North West Pembrokeshire
This zone connects the spectacular coast between Fishguard, St Davids and Broad Haven along with the tiny bustling city of St Davids with the busy towns of Haverfordwest and Fishguard.
Connections with rail services and onward bus services are available in Haverfordwest and Fishguard. The zone offers commuter journeys Monday to Friday with a guaranteed arrival of 08:30 in Haverfordwest, and return at home at 17:30.

fflecsi Bwcabus Pembrokeshire
A revised fflecsi Bwcabus zone will extend to cover Crymych, Llandissilio and Clynderwen, providing improved connections with the 430 fixed-line route between Cardigan and Narberth. The Bwcabus area previously covering Hayscastle Cross, Castlemorris and Llangloffan will be served by the Northwest Pembrokeshire zone.
Whatever your journey purpose, the fflecsi Bwcabus service operates across the zone 7am-6:30pm five days a week. Book to be picked up or dropped off anywhere within the zone shown on the map during the service hours. fflecsi Bwcabus can get you both where you want to go including access to towns including Cardigan, Haverfordwest, Fishguard and back again and connect you with bus routes 313 and 430 and TrawsCymru T5 and T11 services giving you the ability to get far and wide.




Dale Peninsula
The recently introduced Dale Peninsula zone has expanded eastwards beyond Milford Haven, replacing the 308 fixed-line service covering Burton, Llangwm, Hook, Freystrop, Rosemarket and Merlin’s Bridge. The first and last 308 journeys will remain to enable College Students and commuters to continue to travel without the need to book.
This zone connects the beautiful Dale peninsula, in the heart of the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, to the bustling towns of Haverfordwest and Milford Haven.
You can travel anywhere within the zone for leisure, work, shopping, education or health appointments – as well as using the service to explore some of Pembrokeshire’s spectacular coastline and rural beauty.
Connections with rail services and onward bus services are available in Haverfordwest and Milford Haven.
Whatever your journey purpose, simply book to be picked up or dropped off anywhere in the zone shown on the map below – fflecsi can get you there and back again.
You can only travel within the zone from which you’ve booked your journey. Our buses do not cross into other zones, so you may need to book a couple of trips if you’re planning to travel across the county.
Tenby
fflecsi is now covering an area between Pembroke Dock and Saundersfoot, including Tenby. The zone replaces the 360 and 361 fixed-line services between Tenby and Pembroke Dock, providing a more sustainable and usable service for communities without a regular bus service as well as linking with railway stations

Our app provides you with a quick and easy way to request fflecsi. Once you’ve booked, our app updates you on the current location of your bus, where it’ll pick you up and when it’ll arrive.

Yes, the fflecsi service uses a wheelchair accessible minibus, with space for one wheelchair or Class 2 mobility scooter. Before you travel for the first time, we will need to assess your wheelchair or mobility scooter to ensure the drivers can put in place the right arrangements for you to access the service safely. Please call us on 0300 234 0300 for more information. Please note that extra time will be required to put these arrangements in place before you book your first journey.
